Forest Jump: A New Type Forest Experience Program using Trail Running

The goal is to correct the physical balance of modern people, learn to save nature and mountains, and find health through relieving stress. Also, it helps people to develop quickness and agility through various rhythms and forms and engage in physical activities without injury. includes transportation, Program instructor, Salomon Trail running shoes and hydration vest, Nutrition catering and guide.

Itinerary

0715 – Show time to sign Hold Harmless Waiver

0730 – Depart at Outdoor Recreation

~0845 – Arrive at Adre9 Store

0845~0915 – Check in, Get a Locker and wear equipment

0915~0930 – Introduce for trail running equipment and Forest jump

0910~1050 – Brief Up hill and Down hill, Running experience

1100~1210 – Nutrition Balance Catering for Runner, Break time

1230 – Depart at Adre9 Store

1430 – Arrive at Outdoor Recreation

Very Important Things You Must Know

  • Tour bus departs from Outdoor Recreation, building 1304. Please be there 15-20 minutes prior to departure time.
  • Items To Bring: Comfortable and extra clothes and shoes, Towel, waterproof camera, sunscreen, snack/lunch/water, Won for meals of snacks
  • Dangers: Slippery roads, improper clothing, wet roads, poor Physical condition, strong blow-outs, changing weather and lacking knowledge of rules

All cancellations must be made by close of business 3 days prior to trip
