All registrations and payments for Youth Programs are done online through our CYPBMS Parent Portal. To set up an account, please complete the CYPBMS Account Creation form and send it into our org box email: 51fss.fsyy.youthcenter@us.af.mil. You may also register in-person in the Youth and Teen Center or contact us for assistance at 784-1492.

*Requirement: Copy of immunization records, to include the flu shot within the last year, is required to attend Youth Programs Events and Open Recreation.
