

Only Command Sponsored (Military & Federal Civilian) children are guaranteed space at Osan DoDEA schools. Additional school options include homeschool or off-base, tuition-based options.

Non-Command Sponsored Dependents wanting to enroll in DoDEA schools must apply for Space-Available Enrollment. Space is extremely limited and not guaranteed. Please note that all family members who are applying for Space-Available Enrollment must be in the country to start the application process.

Registration Material

Pre-Registration

Before parents can complete the in-person registration, they must pre-register at Aspen Registration.

Enrollment Packet

Members must visit the school Registrar’s Office to complete the school registration process. Parents must hand carry the following documents:

ID
PCS orders with family members names listed
Children’s birth certificates (Kindergarten & 1st grade only)
Children’s passports (High School students only)
Immunization records (Current flu shot)
Copy of previous school records
Copy of standardized test scores (if available)

If applicable:

Copy of Individual Education Plan (IEP) & 504 Plan
