Mental Health
All service members and dependents qualified for medical care on Osan are eligible for crisis services at the Osan Urgent Care Clinic.
Due to mission demands and available resources, Mental Health outpatient specialty care is not currently offered to dependents.
The Mental Health Clinic provides psychological care, education, outreach, and prevention services for Active-Duty military members. Therapeutic services include individual and group therapy, as well as psychological assessments. Additionally, virtual services are available through the BRAVE program.
Service members may schedule appointments over the phone or in-person at the clinic. There is a provider on standby during duty hours to address urgent situations. After duty hours, members may report to the Urgent Care Center at the Medical Clinic.

Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment (ADAPT)
Only Active Duty service members are eligible for ADAPT. These services are not available to dependents or retirees.
ADAPT supports readiness, health, and wellness by offering a wide range of services for Active Duty service members. ADAPT staff work closely with commanders to address and treat issues related to substance abuse or misuse. Medical may refer service members to a higher level of care, such as a residential treatment program or rehabilitation facility, if needed. ADAPT accepts self-referrals, medical referrals, and command referrals. The ADAPT team is also available to conduct alcohol education classes at unit events, as requested.

NPSP also offers classes and activities geared towards expectant parents and parents of young children.
Nutritional Medicine
The Nutritional Medicine section offers programs that help individuals and squadrons better understand lifestyle decisions that can lead to healthier lifestyles. The Dietary Approaches for Diabetes and the Dietary Approaches for High Blood Pressure & Cholesterol Reduction classes require a provider referral. Health Eating and B.E.S.T Self programs are self-referred.

Dietary Approaches for Diabetes
This course is designed to help participants understand how to effectively modify their diets to optimally control blood sugar levels through the incorporation of evidence-based dietary programs and exercise recommendations.
Dietary Approaches for High Blood Pressure & Cholesterol Reduction
The program can assist in educating members with high blood pressure, hypertension, and/or high cholesterol, on how to reduce their risk through quality nutrition, physical activity, and goal setting for consistent practices.
Healthy Eating- Nutrition Basics
This course discusses the impact of nutrition, nutrition versus energy dense food, MyPlate, calorie needs, mindful eating and SMART goals for weight loss and weight management.
B.E.S.T. Self
The B.E.S.T. Self courses aid members in the succession of maintaining AF Fitness Test and Body Composition standards, in addition to individuals that desire knowledge regarding overall health and wellness strategies encompassing nutrition, sleep, stress, exercise, and various mental practices.
